Don't sit too much !

Scientists are increasingly warning that sitting for prolonged periods,even if exercise is regularly taken could be bad for people's health.it does not matter where the sitting takes place just the overal number of hours.Although the research is preliminary,several studies suggest people who spend most of their days sitting are more likely to be fat ,have a heart attack or even die as a result.In an editorial published 4 months ago in the british journal of sports Medicine,Elin Ekblom-Bak of the sweedish school of sport and health sciences suggested that authorities rethink how they define physical activity to high light the dangerous of sitting .While health officials have issued guidelines recommending minimum amounts of physical activity,there is little or no advice suggesting people little or no advice suggesting people limit how much time they spend sitting.
